Temperamental colleagues and slow computers can give a kick to your frustration levels at workplace. Too much of technology can also do the same. 

 

So, can you boss’s pet comment, “Hey! How about thinking out of box?” But have you ever paid heed to what 9 to 5 schedule (not to miss out on grave hour shifts) can do to your health?

It can lead to psychiatric disability, obesity, depression and not to forget undying pain, to mention a few. No, our aim is not to scare you to death, but official honesty does tag along with itself some horror. Doesn’t it?

Health and fitness must be your first-line approach to avoid unbearable and life threatening complications that comes with not-so-official diseases. Imagine sitting on your office chair and browsing for the nearest hospital?

So, what are we waiting for? Be your fittest best in office and kick bad health away!
