What is the Feng-fu point?

According to acupuncture, Feng-fu point is a pressure point located at the base of your skull on the neck. It is at the centre in level with the tip of the ears. The point is known to trigger rejuvenation in your body, making you feel energised and happy.

 

Feng-fu ice cube method

Lie on your stomach and place an ice cube at Feng-fu point. You can use a bandage to fix it in place. Leave it in place for 20 minutes.
