By eating slowly you will give your body extra time to adjust to the calories and absorb all the entire essential nutrients from your food. You must also increase the portion size of your meal.

Fatty Food

 

Small amount of fatty acid must be included in your routine diet but make sure that you don’t overdo it. Take food with healthy oils, especially fish with darker and oily skin as they are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Canola oil, macadamia nut oil, olive oil and walnut oil can be included in your food preparations.
