Hydrate yourself for Good

Okay, we are getting back to the basics, but that is what is the most important of all the tips to keep healthy: stay hydrated. This is the biggest contributor to increasing your chances of being healthy at the event. Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. That might seem like a lot of trouble during the games for you would have to rush to the restrooms and wait for eternity. To avoid standing in lines, drink as much water as you can before going to bed. Remember that caffeinated or alcoholic drinks will not help you quench dehydration, but only make it worse.

Spread the Sun block all Over

Of all the things that you take home when the event curtains off, the last that you want is coloured patches all over the body. London may not be popular for its sunlight, but it does tan human skin. If you think you will be sitting in an open air stadium in direct sunlight, put two sun block creams into both pockets and scoot to the stadium (never forget to put it on though).

Talk about Efficient Travelling

Getting around the event venue from your city to the airport and to the venue will surely raise your anxiety levels. If you have no clue how to go about navigating, take help from the official website.

You may want to try biking to different places, but their costs are likely to hike close to the event dates. Make sure that you use only licensed mini cabs or taxis.

Drink and Sensibly

Sure you are on a vacation, but that doesn’t give you the opportunity to eat and drink as you want. Do not over drink or over eat. Doing so may be a health concern.

Keep mPassport APP Handy

Make sure that you keep the mPassport app for London to help you navigate through the health system in London if something goes wrong despite making all the efforts. This can also help you get an appointment with a certified physician to have any medical problem taken care of.
