According to a research held in Netherlands, it was found that every increase in BMI above 29 reduces the chances of conception by 4 per cent. If a woman has a BMI of 33, she is 16 per cent less likely to get pregnant than a woman with a BMI of 29.
Refrain from using lubricants when trying to get pregnant. Due to an increased pH level of artificial lubricants, there are chances that usage of them may kill or damage the sperm before entering the uterus.
