Don’t try to use your TV as a substitute to a lullaby. If you are amongst those set of people who just listen to the TV with closed eyes then it’s time to change. It will take your brain to active mode, and you will take longer time to sleep.
Most people who face difficulty in sleeping start depending on the sleeping pills such as antihistamine. Sleeping pills do work but can leave hangover effect on the person. As a result, person is not vigilant enough on the following day. If you frequently face problem in sleeping and all else ways have failed for you then talk to your doctor before starting any type of sleeping pills. Some of them do lead to physical as well as psychological addictions.
