Though, dimples are scientifically classified as facial muscle deformity. However, the one fact that cannot be ignored is that they look adorable. Whether you are a guy or a girl, if you have a dimple, your smile will look rather attractive.

Smiling wide is the easiest way to have dimples naturally. There’s nothing much to do, just smile wide while looking into mirror. When you smile, you can see wrinkles forming outside of your mouth, though they look unnatural sometimes and are perfect when smiling for photos.
When you smile and the wrinkles form, right at that moment, press and hold the indentations. And do remember to put pressure on the points where your cheeks indent the most. You can use your thumb and index finger to put pressure on both cheeks, and then smile. Press for around 25 - 30 minutes, repeat every day. You should be able to get result in a couple of weeks.
Purse your lips and suck your cheeks in. Lips should form a slight pout or should be pursed while you suck your cheeks in. Though, effectiveness of this method isn’t scientifically proven, therefore it isn’t sure if it will work or not.
This exercise is a combination of 1st and 3rd tip; you smile and position your finger on both the cheeks like in 3rd point. The combination of widely smiling and fingers pressure will allow you to have natural dimples.
Well, it could be your last resort. When everything else fails, make up can give you fake dimples and they will work for a short period of time. But do make sure you do it right. You will have to apply foundation evenly on your face, then with a dark brown eye pencil make a small dot on the point where you want to have dimples but do make sure that the positioning of the dot/dimple is right.
Now, smudge the dot in such a way that they form a crescent. Blend it well with finishing powder. Though the dimple may not look that natural with makeup but it could be an option after everything else has failed.
Smile into the mirror and place two pens on the either side of your face, on the creases to be precise. This technique can give you temporary dimples but if done on a regular basis, you can have natural dimples.
