Scrambled Eggs for Kids

Key Ingredients: Handful of coriander leaves, 2 eggs, pinch of powdered black pepper, salt as per taste, 2 tablespoon of refined oil, 2 tomatoes (cut into quarters)

 

Sauté the tomatoes in oil for a few minutes.  Now, break the eggs into it and stir continuously. Let the tomato juices blend well with the eggs. Sprinkle salt and black pepper from the top and stir. Remove the pan from the flame and pour it in a plate. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve!
