Go for natural products. Herbal based products would be perfect for eczema affected skin. Cleanse with a mild cream based cleanser and moisturize with a mineral based moisturizer. Moisturizing is always good for an eczema affected skin as it reduces the dryness of affected area.
Now, go for waterproof mineral based foundation on face and your eyelids. Do remember not to use products with glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and retinol, any sort of preservatives and fragrance in it. Then apply some lightweight powder. Again make sure the contents of your powder.

Hyaluronic Acid: It helps you to reduce dry and flaky skin. You can use skin care products with hyalurinc acid as it helps you one have right amount of moisture along with reducing dry and flaky skin.
Niacinamide: People with eczema affected skin can use skin care products containing Niacinamide, which is a component of vitamin B3.
