Having chicken soup is the tastiest way to good immunity and good health. It can actually help you to fight against cold, cough and various other diseases. As chicken is a good source of protein, it promotes rapid production of cells which helps in strengthening immunity, and also provides energy to the body. Moreover, it contains a compound that releases amino acids that helps in curing respiratory problems.

Noodle Chicken Soup

 

In order to prepare this soup you need egg noodles, chicken seasoning and some green vegetables. Chop the chicken and vegetables into small pieces and bring them to boil till they become soft. Add noodles to the soup and garnish it with olive oil and pepper as per your  taste. The soup tastes best when served hot.


Chicken Spinach Soup

 

The ingredients from this recipe are chicken broth and breast, spinach, cheese, pasta, garlic and peeper. Bring all the ingredients to boil until the vegetables and chicken become tender. When the soup is ready to serve sprinkle cheese and serve hot.

 

Green Veggie Chicken Soup

 

Gather various vegetables like ginger, mushroom, carrot, beans, onion and garlic along with chicken broth. Boil all the vegetables and chicken on a slow flame for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Make sure that you boil them in a closed vessel so that their nutrients remain intact. After removing the soup from burner, add lemon juice and steam it for five minutes more. Thereafter, serve it hot along with some bread crusts.

 

Southern Western Chicken Soup

 

This soup is a great source of protein and fibre. You require onion, garlic, rice, cumin and beans apart from chicken breast and broth. Boil chicken with onion, garlic, rice and beans till they become soft. Stir them in tomato juice and serve hot.
