Delicious pizza recipe you must try at home

Pizza is one thing that hardly anyone can say no to. This cheesy delight can turn things around with just one slice. However, going out to get a pizza is not possible all the time.




What if we tell you that you can make a pizza right in your home without an oven? Yes, we are not kidding, you can make a pizza at home without an oven.

Here’s how…

First gather all the ingredients for a pizza

For pizza dough

  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 small spoon of yeast
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

How to make pizza dough

  • Take a bowl. Add some water in it, add the yeas and mix it.
  • Now, add the flour.
  • Make soft dough and leave aside for an hour.

For pizza sauce

  • 2 Tomatoes,
  • Some garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

 How to make pizza sauce

  • Just blend all the ingredients in a blender.

Now for ingredients for pizza

  • Pizza dough (The one that you just made)
  • Pizza sauce (The one that you just made)
  • 3 to 4 Cups of grated cheese
  • Toppings of your choice, such as mushrooms, olives, bell-peppers, onions

How to make pizza

  • Roll the pizza dough into a circle with a rolling pin.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
  • Now, sprinkle the grated cheese. You can add as much cheese as you want.
  • Add the toppings.
  • Now, take a wide pan, add a spoonful of water in it and then spread a tinfoil over it.
  • Now place your pizza over the tinfoil and cover it with a bowl. Just invert a bowl over the pan.
  • Cook it on medium-flame, so that it does not burn.
  • Your pizza will be prepared in 15 to 20 minutes.
