Concentrates have a huge biological value and is 75% pure protein by weight, the isolates on the other hand are 90% pure protein by weight and the bend as the name suggests combine the two and are most popular. Whey protein concentrates are the cheapest and are high on fat and lactose, whey protein isolates are expensive and have zero carbohydrates, fat and lactose.
Choosing the correct protein drink is also a matter of experience and estimation, so it’s better to consult your trainer or nutritionist before heading out to get one. Do not forget to exercise if protein shake is your method for gaining weight.
