These include hot and spicy, bitter, dry, stale, salty, bitter and sharp to taste foods such as pickles, tamarind, various curries, tea, coffee, and the like.
  • Hydrotherapy – Have a glass or two of water first thing after waking up in the morning. Before moving out in the sun, have a glass of water always. Sticking to these two rules would go a long way in preventing sun strokes. Make sure you drink 3-4 litres of water daily to aid in weight loss.
