Ask him to try kegel exercises


Although, Kegel exercises are traditionally done by women, these may also help men fight premature ejaculation. To do kegel exercises, ask your man to tighten the muscles of the buttock and hold for a second. Doing this exercise for 15 times without stopping in between can help strengthen the muscles that are used during orgasm. Gradually increase repetitions to 70 over a period of a few weeks.  Perform twice every day.

 

Try different positions


A lot of men get over stimulated in the missionary position. Therefore, by changing positions while doing sex, you may provide your man with little stimulation to the penis, thereby delaying the orgasm.

 

Change his diet


As men age, the amount of cholesterol and fat that they consume is likely to affect their erection and the amount of time it lasts. Try to change his diet and make him change to one that has less cholesterol and fat content.

    My advice to you is to avoid pornography for an entire week. Don't submit to your urges that would otherwise have you ejaculating at least once per day. Demonstrate to yourself that you can resist primitive urges and have control over your decisions.
