Warm compress

For sinus headaches, apply a warm compress around your eyes and nose.

 

Water

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself well hydrated. About 8 glasses of water per day are vital. Abstain from drinks that contain with caffeine as they can dehydrate you.

Fruits such as mango are high in vitamin A. Onions, carrots and garlic are very effective in curing sinus. Make sure you incorporate them in your daily diet. Garlic has antibiotic properties and can be taken at meal times or mixed with something else.
