Key Ingredients: 2 large eggs (exclude the yolk of one of the eggs), 4 cups of clear chicken broth, salt as per taste, 1 ½ tablespoon of corn starch, pinch of dried ginger powder
Boil the rest of the chicken broth, keeping ¾th cup of it aside. Slowly, drop the eggs in it so that it cooks simultaneously. Stir it with a fork. Pour the remaining ingredients it and keep stirring till it becomes thick or, consistent. Let it simmer for ten minutes. Serve!
