Key Ingredients: 4 pieces of fish fillets
Side Ingredients: For mint-n-orange dip:
1 Tablespoon limejuice, 2 teaspoon mint leaves’ paste, 100 mL orange juice, ¼ teaspoon pepper, salt as per taste
Mix the side ingredients well. Bake the fish fillets. Next, place the pieces in the pan and pour the sauce on top of it. Cook over low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
