Key Ingredients: 3 teaspoons of coffee, 6 pieces of crystallised sugar cubes, 230 mL of brandy, 2 lemon peels (sliced), 1 stick of cinnamon, 2 oranges’ peel, 10 whole cloves, 150 mL curacao
If you have been neglecting your mortar and pestle, take it out. Mash sugar lumps, peels cloves and cinnamon in it and heat it slightly. Then, add the already warmed brandy and curacao to it and keep stirring. Check for lumps. Ensure that all turns into a smooth running past. Add the coffee in the end.
