Healthy Recipes: Chicken Express

 Chicken Express Feeling the recession on your dinner plates? Here is something that will definitely score a point and go smooth on your hunger pangs!

 

Key Ingredients: A pinch of grounded pepper, 4 whole chicken pieces (preferably boneless), 2 cups of grapes, salt as per taste, ¼ cup of flour, 1 cup of chicken broth (saltless), 1 cup of white wine, 6 teaspoons of  refined oil, few slices of onion (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves (diced).


Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and pepper for a minute and then dip it in the dry flour. Heat the refined oil and fry the soft pieces of chicken till they turn into a lustrous brown colour. Keep it aside, after draining the excess oil. Reuse the same oil for sautéing the onions and the grapes. Add wine to it and slowly bring it to boil. Add the remaining flour to it and keep stirring. Then, add the chicken pieces to the sauce and your chicken express is ready! Enjoy!
