Healthy Recipes: Cheesy Affair

Eggs are one of those health-guards that can lower your cholesterol and the most commonly eaten things in breakfast. Let us discover another way of consuming it.

 

Key Ingredients:  25 grams of low-fat cheese/ mozzarella cheese, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 50 grams of tomato (sliced), ½ onion (finely chopped), 4 lettuce leaves, pinch of pepper, salt as per taste

 

Slice the hard-boiled eggs into two, vertically, followed by the removal of the hardened yolk. Next, combine the chopped onions, low-fat cheese, salt and pepper & fill the egg whites with it.

 

Lay the eggs strategically on the plate along with lettuce leaves & tomato slices. Eat smart & live healthy!

 

Nutri-check: One egg supplies 90 gram of lean protein. The egg whites are rich in amino acids and it has no dietary cholesterol.
