Enjoy the goodness of rice cooked in pudina and get the best of both the worlds!
Key Ingredients: 2 cups of long-grained basmati rice, 1 tablespoon of refined oil, 1 large onion (finely chopped), 1 cinnamon stick (crushed), 2-3 cloves, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, handful of mint leaves (turned into a paste), 4 green chillies (chopped)
Cook rice as you usually do. In the meanwhile, mix pudina and green chillies. Next, sauté rice in oil for a minute or two. Fry the tomatoes, onion and ginger-garlic paste separately. Pour the rest of the ingredients and stir lightly. Wait for the entire thing to look smooth and ready-to-eat. Serve it in a large bowl.
