Key Ingredients: 2 large tablespoons of maple syrup, 4 cups of skimmed milk, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 cup of crushed ice


Blend the maple syrup, milk, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, honey and crushed ice in the blender. Pour it in a tall glass and add the remaining scoop of ice cream from the top. Serve!


Nutri-check: Maple syrup is rich in manganese and zinc. It is also rich in anti-oxidants.
