There is something about the crunch of appetizers. Each bite is filling yet leaves you wanting for more! Let us unfurl another recipe that is interesting and surprisingly easier.

Key Ingredients: ½ teaspoon pepper powder, 30 grams of tomato (sliced), ¼ teaspoon cumin (powdered), salt as per taste, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, 1 cup of low-fat cheddar shredded cheese, 2-3 chopped green chillies, 50 grams of fat-free refried beans

Firstly, pre-heat the oven to 176°C. Next, mix all the ingredients. Take an oven-friendly container and line it with some oil evenly. Pour the mix into the dish, top it with cheese, and bake it at 176°C for approximately 20-22 minutes. Once taken out of the oven, the cheese would have melted serenely on top of the mix giving it that required perfect look!

Nutri-check: This dish is high in sodium content. Salt is a water soluble mineral hence, drains out of body very easily. Moreover, sodium deficiency leads to goitre and many other thyroid problems.
