Pawanmuktasana is one of the very beneficial aasanas for diabetes treatment. It is also good for your back. You can do it with your legs seperately and also with bot legs together. Be careful while performing each of the steps mentioned which includes the time of your inhale or exhale. You needs to avoid raising the shoulders while lying down if you suffer from cervical or related condition, and adopt a slightly modified version of the aasana as shown in the video.
