The kind of lifestyle that we lead today is causing us to have lots of stress. No matter what amount of salary we are earn, no matter how many and what kind of people are we surrounded with, we end up inviting stress in our lives one way or another. Tension, stress and worry have become a part of our daily life and we are left with very less options to eradicate that stress. Now, stress can lead to many diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, hyperventilation, asthma, and many other diseases but not many people are aware of the fact that stress can actually cause weight gain. Stress increases the release of Cortisol hormone, which increases insulin and therefore the glucose is releases and the fat accumulation in abdominal region and other parts as well.
