Tricep Kickback Exercise

To start triceps kickback exercise, Jason Mccready, master trainer, says that you need two cans each weighing one kg. Hold one can in each hand, slightly bend your knees and bring your arms inside pressing them against your chest. Hold the position for 2-3 seconds and straighten the arms out behind you, squeezing the triceps muscles. Only stretch your lower arm behind you. While stretching your hands behind, remember to breathe out and breathe in while returning to the initial position. While doing the exercise, you will feel pain and sensation in your muscles. Repeat this exercise 15 times.After daily practice, you may use heavier cans.
