Spine Stretch on the ball using a Pilates reformer - Lower back problem is the bane of many people's existence. This happens due to a sedentary lifestyle and not enough exercise. Pilate performed on a reformer is extremely beneficial in this aspect. Spine stretching on the ball using a reformer is good for all age groups. Breathing plays an important role in this exercise. According to Doctor Namita Agarwal, one must relax the back completely on the bal. The central aim of this exercise is to be able to touch one's toes without bending the knees. One must practice this routine at least 5 to 6 times and never increase the count in one routine to more than 10. Moreover, use a medium size3d ball when performing this stretch so that there is no gap between the back and the ball!
