Side Crunch Exercise

Jasson Mccready of ozone fitnees n spa shows to perform side crunch. You can use a hand towel or a broom handle for this exercise. Hold the towel straight above your head with your two hands stretched apart. Keep the legs apart. Now bend towards your right holding the towel straight and then come back to normal position. Repeat this towards your left. By doing so, your abdominal and side muscles get stretched. Exhale when you bend and inhale when you get back to the start position. Remember your towel should be hold tightly and your arms should be extended and straight while bending.
