Shoulder Exercises- Dumbbell press

Sunil Sharma of Maximus Fitness Academy, New Delhi says that dumbbell press exercise is done for your front and middle shoulder muscles. This exercise improves the functioning of multi-joints and triceps. It is a weight-lifting exercising. Hold a dumbbell in each hand while sitting on a bench. First of all bend your elbows and bring the arms to your shoulder level. Now push the dumbbells up in the air until they touch each other slightly. Breathe in while coming down and breathe out while going up. Hold the position for four seconds before repeating the exercise. This exercise is meant for toning the shoulders. It helps to strengthen your upper back and neck muscles as well.
