Oatmeal Pancake Recipe

For oatmeal pancake, Himanshu Kapoor, food expert, says that you need half cup of oats, half cup of whole-wheat flour, a cup of milk and one whole beat of egg. Mix all ingredients and keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add a tablespoon of oil and half spoon of baking powder in the mixture and stir it well. Heat a pan and grease it once. Now, pour two tablespoons of pancake mixture onto it. Do not spread the mixture on the pan, cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes. Uncover the pan and turn the pancake on the other side. Let it cook properly and garnish the pancake with banana before serving it.
