Firstly, find out your body weight in kgs and then divide it by your height in square meters. Now, if your BMI exceeds 24.9 then it means that you are overweight. When BMI is more than 25, its time for you to look after it and try to control the body weight.This can easily be achieved by changing your lifestyle by avoiding high caloric diet and exercising daily.
