The half-forward bend in yoga targets the belly and the back. This posture has been ably demonstrated int his video by students of Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi. The half-forward bend pose is good for kids as it strengthens their abdominal muscles and also effectively stretched the back. Most importantly, the half-forward bend helps in correcting the posture of kids.
