Exercises For Women - Wrist Curls

Wrist curl is one of the effective ways to strengthen and tone the forearms. For this exercise, you need to sit comfortably on your knees. Hold a weight bar of moderate weight plates in both hands, positioning hands beneath the bar. Rest your forearms by resting on the bench. Hang wrists down from the bench, and rolling the bar in your hands by opening palms. Thereafter, lift bar without strength of arms, but only wrists. Feel the stretch in forearms. Inhale going up and exhale while moving down. Don’t lean forward, as you might arch your spine. Most importntly you need to sit with shoulders steady and straight.
