Exercises For Women - Medicine ball Basic Crunch

Medicine ball basic crunch helps one get the abs working. Fitness expert, Kiran Shawney, describes how one should sit on the medicine ball and do the basic crunches. To do the fit ball basic crunch, sit on the ball in such a way that the knees and thighs are perpendicular to the floor, the feet are shoulder width apart and your back is straight. Walk forward and simultaneously rest your back on the ball. Keep the hands next to the forehead and slowly lift your chest up and down. Do not decrease the space between neck and chin. Use the abdomen to move up and down and exhale while you move closer to your legs. Repeat 20 times.
