Follow these steps on how to do a leg extension exercise by Yashmeen Manak, Physical instructor at the Sculpt Gym, Gurgaon, for the perfect thighs. To do the exercise, sit on the leg extension equipment and hold the rods on either side of the equipment to stabilise the upper part of the body. Fix the feet under the pads with the toes pointing in front. Breathe in and as you exhale, extend your legs straight ahead and bring them back. While you do the leg extension exercise, ensure that you do not move back or form an arch. The leg extension exercise can be done with one leg by keeping the other on the side of the machine.
