Exercises For Women - Hyperextension

Hyperextension is a very useful workout for women's lower back. This is an exercise for making your lower back strong and getting it into shape. You need to lie down on your stomach to perform this workout. It involves bending your lower back and raising your upper body while lying with attention to details shown and explained in the video. The workout is performed with due attention to breathing. Two versions of the exercise - an easy and a difficult one are explained by Yashmeen, the instructor. If you follow the instructions carefully, and take care to perform each of the steps as explained, your back would become strong and flexible.
