Exercises For Women - Bench Press

Physical instructor, Sculpt Gym, Gurgaon, Yashmeen Manak, helps us do the bench press exercise to give the chest muscles the perfect tone. To start, rest your back on the bench. Make sure that your back does not form an arch while you rest. Rest the head on the bench and keep your feet on the floor or on the bench if they do not reach the floor. Hold the barbells width apart, lock your palm around the barbell and pull it out of the rail. Bring the bar towards the centre of the chest. Inhale and exhale while pressing the bar straight upwards. Inhale as you pull it back. Ensure that you do not rest the barbell on the chest.
