Exercises Without Equipments - Lateral Raise Exercise

Jason Mccready, master trainer, demonstrates lateral raise exercise. Take a couple of cans of same weight and stand in straight position. Rest the cans on your side with your hands straight. While keeping a stationary position, bring the cans in front of your stomach as if you are pouring tea. Raise both your hands until they are parallel to the floor. Bring them in front of your stomach and repeat the earlier movement. This exercise strengthens the muscles of the sides of the back and shoulders. When you raise the arms parallel to the floor, breathe out. Inhale when you bring them back to the stomach. Repeat this exercise 15 times.
