Now put your right leg forward and bend a little with your both hands above your head. Come back to your original position and repeat this with your left leg. This exercise is very good for your shoulders and lower part of your body. These exercises are beneficial to strengthen the lower body part and to improve your balance and stabilization. They are very safe and effective to perform. This exercise does not require any specific machines. It can be performed at home using day to day things.
