Combo Crunches for toning abdomen is an strenous workout for your abs. This is a tougher version of abdominal crunches which involves bending both your upper and lower body while lying. Know how to perfect the workout by watching the video and paying careful attention to the instructions. It can be a little difficult to get your knees in 90 degrees position as shown here but that can be achieved with practice. Be particularly conscious of keeping your head and shoulders alligned while performing this exercise. Moreover, maintain the right angle between your lifted head and shoulders (upper body) to the lifted knees as explained in the video.
