Chest Exercises- Bench Press

Sunil Sharma, fitness instructor, demonstrates the bench press exercise. Lie on a bench and dismount the barbell carrying medium weight from rack. Bring the barbell over chest. While doing so, your hands must be shoulder-width apart. To prevent injury and exert more pressure on the upper back and chest, maintain a tight grip on the bar throughout.  Slowly lower the bar to mid-chest. After this, press it upwards until the arms are fully stretched. Breathe in while going down and breathe out while pulling up. Repeat this for 2-3 sets, 15 reps in each set.
