A carb lover’s diet contains more carbohydrates and less proteins, vitamins and minerals. When taking more carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates should be preferred through salads, leafy vegetables and sprouts as simple carbohydrates rich food like sugar, root potato, jam etc. lead to obesity.
