Waking up with a crick in your neck or a stiff back? Something is definitely wrong.
We all have different sleeping positions which we feel comfortable in. One must realize that all sleeping postures are not good for the body. Some cause over exertion of the muscles when in fact our muscles should be absolutely relaxed during sleep.
