Bhujangasana is a wonderful yoga pose for kids. To begin with lie face down. Slowly push your shoulders up as much as you can. Make sure your hands do not bend. Now try to look as up as you can. Stay in this position for some time and relax your body getting back to the initial position. Repeat the same steps few more times. It will help strengthen your spine.
