To start triceps kickback exercise, you need two cans each weighing one kg. Hold one can in each hand and take sideways position to start. Slightly bend your knees and bring your arms in side pressing them on your chest. Hold that position for 2-3 seconds and straighten the arms out behind you, squeezing the triceps muscles. Only stretch your lower arm behind you, not the upper arm. While stretching your hands to the back remember to breathe out and breathing in while returning to initial position. While doing the exercise, you will feel pain and sensation in your muscles. You can repeat this exercise 15 times and gradually you can use heavier cans.
