Use your one hand to support the body weight. Now hold the dumbbell in the other hand. Pull the dumbbell near to the ribs or to the upper hand. Bring the hand down to the normal position. Stretch the shoulder muscles downward. Repeat the exercise with other hand. It is a weight-lifting exercise. It is beneficial to tone the back muscles. This exercise helps to develop right posture and decreases injury risks. It is a great exercise to increase the shoulder strength and to improve the flexibility of the back muscles.
