    Emotional Mash

People overreact; they do for the slightest of reasons. The jam is finished so the bread is of no use now, so they decide to overreact. The light went off and the water is not cold anymore, so they overreact. While it is understandable in certain situations, overreaction can be a real emotional turbulence, which may often make you crash along with others around you. This is why measuring your emotional temperature is so very important. When you know your emotional temperature, you will be able to work on it well.

    For Mental Health

One of the main reasons why you should take your emotional temperature is to give your mind some rest. Overreaction can cause you to take rash decisions, and would make your mind feel tumultuous. This can give excessive stress in your mind and you can get depressed. Stress in turn can cause a lot of harm to your body.

    To Stay Positive

When measuring your emotional temperature, you should measure it from zero to a hundred, where zero stands for everything is well. Now, if you want to stay positive then you should be able to hobnob around zero. The moment you realise that your temperature is escalating you will feel negative and that is when you stop yourself. This will help you to stay positive.

    It can ruin Relations

A perfectly fine day and you start to overreact, and thus begins the downfall of your relations with all those around you. Then as you stop to think of your temperature you will feel better. You should give yourself time to measure the temperature, then give a number to yourself and thereafter be able to judge the outcome of your reaction. When you see you are soaring high, you will automatically stop.
