    Most of us value the importance of staying fit and following healthy habits religiously. But, it is also us who unknowingly tend to ditch those habits.
    Usually, skipping healthy habits is not intentional. There are many things which skip our mind round the clock and by the time we are reminded of them, the time starts running against us. However, this does not mean that a protruding belly, love handles, and an unhealthy life is your destiny. You can change everything by walking an extra mile towards remembering those healthy habits. So, here are few ways in which you shall be recalled of following a fitness regime from time-to-time.

    Place your Shoes Besides your Bed

    Taking a brisk walk every morning is very essential. Despite of knowing this, we forget to do it every morning. So, all you need to do is to simply place the jogging shoes besides your bed at night. The next morning when you wake up, you will find your sneakers staring at you and reminding you of the very essential walk.

    Set an Alarm

    Almost all of us set alarms to wake up in the morning. Then, why not set an alarm for drinking water? Set a 2 hour alarm and with the buzz you will be reminded of drinking water or refilling the emptied bottle. And, be sure that there are no snooze buttons to hit.

    As soon as you step inside the house, household chores will haunt you. Amidst this hustle and bustle the treadmill placed in the corner of your house gets ignored and so does your health. The best way to overcome this problem is to set a timer in the light placed above the treadmill which will switch on whenever it is time for you to get moving.
