Bad dreams are a part of almost every human being’s life. These nightmares are a result of the subconscious mind dealing with anxiety. So, here are few ways in which you can calm your mind and have a sound sleep.

    When a person’s worst fears are brought to life in the form of dreams, they are known as nightmares. Terror which a person believes to be the worst thing that could happen to them in life is mostly what the nightmare is about.     If you wake up straight from a nightmare, take a deep breath and take a complete look of your surroundings. This will make you realize that what you just saw was not a part of your reality but was only a dream.
