    Older men

Now this fact may seem a bit conflicting from the above mentioned point, but indeed it is tru. Older men infected with a type of HPV (Human Papillomavirus) aren’t able to clean it from their bodies, as the Moffit Cancer Center researchers have found. It may be because of the naturally diminished immunity that leaves older men incapable of clearing the virus from their bodies.

    Treating HPV

The common issue of treating HPV is that you cannot detect it unless you start having warts. And also, the treatment is cosmetic and cannot cure the HPV infection. There is no treatment available for the virus itself, as of now. Though, a strong immune system can help one get rid of the virus quickly and stop it from springing again. Commonly, HPV gets cleared from your system in not more than a couple of years but if you have a weak immune system, it might take longer.
